Accepting these terms

These Terms of Use apply to updatemax.com and all of its tools (together, "UpdateMax", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 13 years old to use UpdateMax. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use the site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Using our tools

You may use our tools for free, for personal or work purposes, without creating an account. Our tools run in your browser, and you are responsible for the text, data and results you enter, copy and use.

We may add, change or remove tools, or pause the site for maintenance, at any time and without notice.

Acceptable use

When using UpdateMax, please don't:

• Use the site for anything illegal, or to harm, deceive or harass others.
• Try to hack, overload, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site or its servers.
• Use bots or scripts to send large numbers of automated requests.
• Copy or republish our pages, design or written content as your own.
• Click on ads deliberately to generate fake clicks, or ask others to do so.

We may block access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Our content

The UpdateMax name, logo, design, code and written guides belong to UpdateMax. You may link to any page on our site and share it freely. The results you create with our tools, such as passwords or formatted text, are yours to use.

Ads and other websites

UpdateMax is supported by ads provided by Google AdSense and its partners. We don't control the content of these ads, and showing an ad doesn't mean we recommend the product. Our pages may also link to other websites, which have their own terms and privacy policies. You visit them at your own risk.

Snapchat Web Plus Chrome extension

These terms also apply to our free Chrome extension, Snapchat Web Plus. The extension is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Snap Inc. or Snapchat. Your use of Snapchat itself is governed by Snap's own terms.

No warranty

We work hard to make our tools accurate and reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.

Please check important results yourself. For example, keep your passwords in a safe place such as a password manager, and validate critical data in your own systems.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UpdateMax is not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or business, that results from using or being unable to use the site or its tools. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
